The weather in Southern California is very unpredictable. Depending on where you live, it varies.
For this reason, it is advisable to check weather forecasts regularly. 

 Most, if not ALL(local) Regional and Wilderness trails in Orange County, are INTENTIONALLY CLOSED OFF to public access after a moderate-heavy rainfall or Wild Fires  for public safety and to give the Parks Staff and or Volunteers enough time to restore trails back for public access and cleared of fallen debris. 

Outdoor Fitness Locations :Wilderness Trails(Paved and Dirt), Beach and Paved Pathways, Park Trails, Nature Trails.  

Hours of operation changes with the season. 

Because it gets darker sooner and faster in the FALL( starting early NOV-Mid NOV, the hours are cut short. Sessions start from 8:30 AM-3:30 PM. Sessions are scheduled by appointment and special request if needed on weekends.


These are offered to clients both Single or Couples who feel that they can better interact with me, their Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist in person, and that they will be able to express themselves even freely with and just the thought of being Outdoors, it makes them feel that they are not too constricted knowing they can do more for themselves during each session. 


Fitness Walking


Walking - is basically slower than running or jogging although walking speeds may vary depending on several factors such as  age, terrain, fitness level, weight, location, height and effort exerted. Fitness Walking Sessions for at least 30 minutes a day, five(5) days a week reduces health risks such as chances of Cancer, Type II Diabetes, Heart Disease, Anxiety and Depression. Walking increases bone health. It helps raise high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (the "good" cholesterol) and lowers low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (the "bad" cholesterol). Walking outdoors even allows you to commune with nature, relieving stress .Eventhough walking is slower than Hiking, it is a very wonderful start to another Active Lifestyle that you sure will enjoy once you get used to a faster pace..




Jogging/Running - Once you have learned how to do fitness walking and hiking.. you will want to do more! You want a little speed- People run either on the trails, treadmills or any pathways..anywhere comfortable for a run. Running/Jogging burns calories. With regular Running/Jogging Sessions of 3-5 times a week, it has been proven in studies that it reduces the risks of blood clots and raises the HDL ( or "good ") cholesterol and boosts our body's immune system. It reduces the risks of strokes, heart attacks and breast cancer. With Healthy Eating and Jogging/Running Active Lifestyle combination, Stress, Bone and Muscle Loss may also be prevented. 




Hiking - is one of the most popular outdoor activities worldwide. If you know how to walk, you know how to hike. Although it is similar to walking as one is exposed to the natural environments, people hike on trails, hills or mountainous terrains and will ALWAYS require care especially on slopes with loose dirt and or gravel, sometimes snow,  maneuvering on steep parts and crossing bridges or riverbeds, fallen debris and getting through narrow pathways. Hiking is a Recreational outdoor activity and with a 30-60 minute commitment, most days of the week combined with Healthy Eating Habits, there are multiple health benefits including losing excess pounds, preventing heart disease, decreasing hypertension and improving mental health, just to mention a few- which allow us to enjoy the benefits of this Active Lifestyle even more!


These Outdoor Active Lifestyle Programs are for your own personal well-being, health and fitness success ..There is NO COMPETITION while you and I are out there. You work out at your skill level while I work with you as your Active Lifestyle Fitness Coach. We will have FUN and challenge yourself every time to attain your goals.

We are blessed with abundant wildlife and natural creation in this world and in our daily walks in life, photography is not just for professionals. We feel saddened by news of places burned down by some natural disasters or caused by arsonists. More often than not, we regret the times when we wished we had taken the time to photograph a certain spot that we saw and kept that pic to show our our kids and grand kids in the future.
